Ok I think I need to make a change to my routine
And I hate changes to my routine. “Shower hour” can no longer be 8 o’clock. This is the second time this week that my hair is not dry by the time I should go to bed.
I suppose this is because my hair is longer and thicker now than it was when I decided shower hour.
I have to be up in 5 hours to travel back to Scotland and I haven’t even really repacked. This laptop...

I like noticing the little things at weddings...
Like how the bride can’t stop smiling when she sees her name with her husbands surname or how when he sees her hands start to shake during the ceremony he gently places his hand on hers.
I particulary like standing in front of the whole church trying not to laugh when I look down at the bouquet and all I can think is that I am staring at a whole pile of reproductive systems.

Alright I think that is just about everything!
Nails; cut and filed with polish about to go on
Hair; washed and hopefully will be dry before I am sent to bed
Everything else; shaved, plucked, moisturised, tea drank, make up looked out, whatever the heck you do to the rest of the human body!
Is this what it is like to be one of those girls who takes special care with their appearance? Because it is exhausting. How would you remember?
I have to go get my nails done at some point soon
No me gusta. But I have been growing them now for like a month and I’m getting really sick of them being so long, so hopefully I can get them short and nicely shaped.
Really once this wedding is over I am going back to being happily free. There is a box of ginger hair dye and a bottle of black nail polish in Stirling that I look forward to. And right now they are my symbols of freedom,...
